HEALTHCHECK
As we use our PC’s and laptops they start to run slower & slower, this can be caused
by a number of reasons. Our healthcheck service is designed to find and remove these
problems.
The healthcheck includes:-

- Thorough diagnostic of hardware & software
- Removal of non-
essential start- up items - Removal of unused & trial programs
- Removal of redundant temporary files
- Hard disk optimization
- Full virus/spyware scan & removal of any found
- Installation of free antivirus/antispyware software if required
- Installation of hardware upgrades onsite at time of visit
- Half price installation of recommended upgrades
The mini healthcheck is done remotely, so a working internet connection is required. This service is not available onsite.

Many computers are used these days to store photos, music & irreplaceable documents, but the owner never backs these up, so if the machine fails, these are lost.
Or perhaps you have bought a new PC/Laptop and want to get these transferred, but do not know how. We offer solutions to both these problems and advise on how to address the issues on an ongoing basis.

NO FIX NO FEE POLICY
Our No Fix No Fee policy means that if we are unable to diagnose the problem or effect the repair, then no charge is made.
Exceptions
If we are able to diagnose the problem, but you decide that you do not
want us to proceed with the work, then the a charge for time spent to that point
will be made
If we are able to diagnose the problem, but you do not have the required
software CD Rom or Product Key, then a charge for time spent to that point will be
made.
