As we use our PC’s and laptops they start to run slower & slower, this can be caused by a number of reasons. Our health check service is designed to find and remove these problems. The health check includes:-

Thorough diagnostic of hardware & software

Removal of redundant temporary files
Hard disk optimization
Full virus/spyware scan & removal of any found
Installation of free antivirus/antispyware software if required
Installation of hardware upgrades onsite at time of visit

If your PC/Laptop will not boot into Windows we can re-install Windows for you, this Includes :-

Backing up of all pictures, music, emails, documents and data

Full hard drive format and installation of Windows.

Download and install latest drivers, service packs and security patches

Installation of any third-party software as supplied by customer

Installation of free antivirus/antispyware software if required

Transfer of documents and settings back to new computer.

You must have the genuine recovery disks or the recovery must be on a working hard drive. Data backup is not available for non working hard drives

Many computers are used these days to store photos, music & irreplaceable documents, but the owner never backs these up, so if the machine fails, these are lost. Or perhaps you have bought a new PC/Laptop and want to get these transferred, but do not know how. We offer solutions to both these problems and advise on how to address the issues on an ongoing basis.

We are experienced in the safe removal of viruses and spyware without losing your data, this will be backed up in case Windows needs re-installing.

We can advise on the best antivirus solution for your needs, this may be commercial or free. We can install and instruct on the correct operation of Internet security software.

Should the un-thinkable happen, you cannot access your valuable and irreplaceable information because Windows or your hard drive has become corrupt . We can using our specialized equipment and software usually recover the information.
Due to the complexity and time required to do this, we may have to remove your computer or hard drive to our premises to complete the recovery.

Hourly prices are for the first hour
Extra hours are charged at £20/hr

Maximum charge £70 per visit

Hourly rate for work carried out at our premises is £15 per hour

Our No Fix No Fee policy means that if we are unable to resolve the problem or effect the repair, then no charge is made.

Exceptions
If we are able to resolve the problem, but you decide that you do not want us to proceed with the work, then the a charge for time spent to that point will be made

If we are able to resolve the problem or effect the repair, but you do not have the required software CD Rom or Product Key, then a charge for time spent to that point will be made.
