We are pleased to offer six levels of support plans. These will allow you to budget for any problems during the year and if you have more than one problem during the year they can offer a significant saving. Having one of these packages means that if you have a problem or question, then help is at hand. The packages are per household/business, not per computer, so if you have more than one PC/Laptop they will  all be covered. The machines must be running Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7

 

Many problems can be solved almost instantly, without us having to visit your premises. If your Internet connection is working we can use our state of the art Remote Access system to connect to your PC or laptop and fix many software related issues, this saves you both time and money.

 

If problems cannot be sorted within 30 minutes on the telephone or via Remote Access, then we may need to arrange an onsite visit.
